By engaging GetMiamiSEO ("we," "us," "our") for any SEO, content, or digital marketing services, requesting a free audit, or using this website (getmiamiseo.com), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.
GetMiamiSEO provides search engine optimization, local SEO, bilingual SEO (English/Spanish), content marketing, Google Business Profile optimization, link building, technical SEO audits, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties.
Free SEO audits are provided as a no-obligation assessment. By requesting an audit, you consent to us reviewing your website's publicly visible data. Audit reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding service proposal unless followed by a signed Service Agreement.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced on the 1st of each service month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated in writing.
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, and website technical health. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. We guarantee the delivery of agreed services with professional care and current industry best practices.
Clients must provide timely access to relevant website platforms (CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile), respond to requests within 5 business days, and ensure the accuracy of all business information provided. GetMiamiSEO is not responsible for delays caused by insufficient client cooperation.
Upon full payment, Clients own all content and deliverables created specifically for their engagement. GetMiamiSEO retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing. GetMiamiSEO retains ownership of all proprietary processes, audit templates, and methodology frameworks.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. GetMiamiSEO will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver services (e.g., white-label partners under NDA).
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for fees incurred during the notice period. GetMiamiSEO may terminate immediately for non-payment, abusive conduct, or requests to engage in black-hat SEO practices that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
GetMiamiSEO's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or algorithm-related ranking drops.
Our services may utilise third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Semrush, Ahrefs, and others. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform functionality, pricing, or availability. Costs for third-party tools or ad spend are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email with 14 days notice.
